The house above is owned by Vaclav Chaloupka and where as often once developments are built the 3D plans are disregarded, Vaclav has recorded and embedded the completed 'real world' version into his movie.
Its impressive how well reality fits to the 3D model right down to the fixtures and fittings. The model was made using Blender and Vaclav has rather helpfully posted a series of 3 videos detailing how you can model the house yourself.
